FINAL PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS & DELIVERABLES (SCOPE OF WORK)


Project Title:

Enterprise-Level Multi-Channel WooCommerce Automation: Mass Import of 150K+ EU Products (CJ, Syncee, DropXL), Advanced API Sync, Stripe/PayPal Integration, and 100% Hands-Free Ecosystem.

Project Description & Objective:

To fully connect, technically optimize, and completely automate my WooCommerce store ([login to view URL]). The ultimate goal is to scale Euromalls into one of the largest online shopping malls in Europe, offering highly competitive pricing and fast shipping across the continent.
The entire ecosystem must operate 100% "hands-free" on total autopilot.
To build this massive catalog, the freelancer must execute a massive catalog injection from three suppliers (CJ Dropshipping, Syncee, and DropXL). The configuration must be strictly filtered to include 100% of the active product categories and listings distributed from any warehouse located within Europe (Spain, Germany, Poland, and all EU member states) to guarantee fast local delivery times (ranging from 24/72h to a maximum of 3-5 days EU-wide)
DETAILED TECHNICAL DELIVERABLES (100% AUTOMATED & HANDS-FREE)


1. Massive 150K+ Reference Catalog Injection & Multi-API Sync

• Massive EU Catalog Import: Configure the automated mass-import tools to inject over 150,000+ active references from:
• CJ Dropshipping: 100% of active products located in Spain, Germany, Poland, and any other EU-based warehouses.
• Syncee: 100% of products filtered for European-based suppliers.
• DropXL: 100% of products available for European shipping.
• Database & Server Optimization for 150K+ Products: The freelancer must optimize the WordPress database (indexes, transient cleanups) and server PHP settings (e.g., set WP_MEMORY_LIMIT to at least 768MB/1GB and adjust max_execution_time to 300+ seconds) to prevent timeouts, memory crashes, or server crashes during large imports.
• Asynchronous "Batching" via Server Cron Jobs: Configure automated server Cron Jobs so that real-time stock and pricing synchronization checks are handled in staggered batches (updating categories at different intervals). This is a strict requirement to keep the front-end loading speeds hyper-fast for customers while managing massive live API traffic.
• Automated Bulk Pricing Rules: Set up smart pricing formulas in the supplier backends to auto-calculate competitive retail pricing on WooCommerce while preserving strict profit margins after shipping and payment processing fees.

2. Mandatory "Hands-Free" Logistics & Order Fulfillment Loop

The freelancer must ensure that the following three-step fulfillment loop works 100% in the background without any manual data entry or admin management:
• Step A (Automatic Order Sync): The exact second a customer makes a successful purchase on WooCommerce, the complete order payload (buyer name, full EU shipping address, specific product SKU/variant) must be pushed via API to the respective supplier dashboard (CJ, Syncee, or DropXL) instantly and automatically.
• Step B (Automated Supplier Payment): Set up and verify the Auto-Payment rules in the supplier backends (using digital wallets or linked corporate business cards). When an order is imported via API, the system must automatically pay the supplier cost using my balance, moving the order straight to "Pending Dispatch" without any manual button clicks.
• Step C (Automatic Tracking & Completion): Once the European warehouse ships the package and generates the tracking number, the API must automatically sync it back to WooCommerce. The system must change the WooCommerce order status to "Completed" and automatically send the native WordPress shipping confirmation email to the customer with their tracking link.
3. Payment Gateways Integration

• Stripe Integration: Install the official Stripe extension. Connect Live and Test API Keys. CRITICAL HANDS-FREE REQUIREMENT: You must fully configure and test Stripe Webhooks to ensure that WooCommerce instantly receives the "[login to view URL]" signal, moving the order status to "Processing" to trigger the automated fulfillment loop without delay.
• PayPal Integration: Install and configure PayPal Business Checkout. Enable Express Checkout buttons on both the product pages and the cart page.

4. European Tax & Compliance Setup (EU VAT)

• Automated VAT Taxes: Activate WooCommerce native tax calculations. Configure standard European VAT rates ( 21% for Spain) so that the appropriate tax amount is dynamically added to the final checkout price based on the customer's shipping address.

MANDATORY SIGN-OFF CRITERIA (THE LIVE TESTS)

Before the project is marked as complete and funds are released, you must conduct a live End-to-End Test for each supplier platform using Test Mode/Sandbox credentials.
A mock purchase must prove that the order flows instantly from WooCommerce to the supplier, gets paid automatically, and prepares for dispatch by the European warehouse WITHOUT PRESSING A SINGLE MANUAL BUTTON.

BIDDING & ESTIMATION REQUIREMENTS (IMPORTANT FOR THE FREELANCER)

When submitting your proposal, you must explicitly answer the following two questions:
1. Total Estimated Hours: Exactly how many hours of active work will it take you to complete the entire multi-platform integration, massive 150K+ product import, database optimization, and hands-free setup? (Note: I am looking for realistic timeframes between 12 to 18 hours of technical deployment; unrealistically short bids will be ignored).
2. Delivery Timeframe: What is the total turnaround time (in days) to deliver the project fully tested and ready for launch?
Proposals that do not include the exact total hours and delivery days will be automatically ignored.
