Chief Steward

Lead and manage the stewarding team to ensure smooth daily operations in all stewarding areas and staff canteen; Oversee the inventory flow and supply of chinaware, flatware, glassware, and equipment, including rigorous stock control and timely replenishment

Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); 6 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; With 6 yrs or above relevant food and beverage exp., including 2 yrs or above in a supervisory role; with exp. in clubhouse or hotel industry pref.

$28,000 per month, with Annual Leave 20 days, Birthday Leave , Shuttle Bus Service, Discretionary Bonus and Meal provided, 10:00AM-7:00PM/12:00PM-9:00PM/7:00AM-4:00PM, 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day, 需於星期六、日及公眾假期工作, 實際上班時間視乎營運需要而定
