US Appointment Setter / Cold Caller - Commission-Only, Paid Per Closed Sale

US appointment setters / cold callers wanted (commission-only, paid per closed sale). We are a small AI services agency selling AI phone reception agents to small US businesses, and we need 1-2 commission-only appointment setters to book demo calls with US business owners.

What you will do:
- Call US business owners from leads we provide
- Run our short opening script and offer a free 3-day demo
- Book qualified owners onto a demo call

What we provide: leads, script and the demo itself. You only call and book.

Payment: $200-250 one-time per closed client (20% of setup fee), paid only after the client's own payment has been received by us. No advance, no salary. Expect 1 to 3 closes a month.

Requirements:
- Comfortable calling US businesses during US business hours
- Clear spoken English; sales, telemarketing or customer support background preferred
- Basic call tracking in a simple spreadsheet
