International Salesperson for Digital Marketing - English speaker

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Komp is a digital marketing agency specializing in content distribution and short-form video campaigns for social media. We help content creators, entrepreneurs, podcasters, personal brands, and companies increase their reach and visibility through short-form video distribution strategies.

We are expanding internationally and looking for independent, proactive, and results-driven sales representatives to acquire new clients in English-speaking markets.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Native or advanced English proficiency.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Experience or interest in sales, business development, lead generation, or digital marketing.
- Ability to identify prospects, reach out to them, and develop business relationships independently.
- Experience with social media, content creators, podcasts, or digital marketing services is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify and contact potential clients.
- Present Komp’s services and explain the benefits of short-form video distribution campaigns.
- Prospect content creators, entrepreneurs, podcasters, personal brands, and companies.
- Generate qualified sales opportunities and schedule meetings.
- Build business relationships and contribute to Komp’s international expansion.

COMPENSATION

This is a commission-only independent sales opportunity. There is no fixed salary, hourly payment, or upfront compensation.

The representative will earn a 20% commission on the campaign management fee for each campaign they successfully sell and that is contracted by the client.

The commission is calculated on Komp’s management fee, not on the total campaign budget or the amount allocated to content distribution.

Commission payment terms and timing will be agreed upon in advance between the parties.
