WordPress Doula Site Overhaul

I need a WordPress specialist to refresh and relaunch my site so it fully reflects our new brand, “THE DOULA ALLIANCE – Maternal Education • Advocacy • Doula Support”.

Scope of work
• Audit every page for consistency, tidy up spacing, fonts and overall cohesion.
• Replace “DMVR Birth Alliance” with “The Doula Alliance” everywhere it appears (about seven instances) and remove the single word “Culturally” from the right-hand block on page 1.
• Swap in the new logo, phone, fax, email and updated social media links (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Update four existing paragraphs with the supplied copy and add two new FAQs in the FAQ section.
• Insert a new paragraph on insurance coverage and create a dedicated block where I can regularly embed fresh YouTube videos.
• Adjust the first section’s tabs so “Request Doula” becomes “Request Information” and “Request Services” becomes “Book Now!”.
• Revamp the “See if I’m eligible” page header to a colour background and refresh the Contact Us button styling.

Booking & payments
The site must let visitors pick an available date for doula service appointments and pay a deposit online. A straightforward calendar/booking plug-in (Amelia, Bookly, WooCommerce Bookings or similar) with Stripe or PayPal deposit capability is perfect, provided it integrates cleanly with WordPress and sends automated confirmations.

Launch & migration
Once all changes are approved, migrate the entire website to a new domain I will provide, ensuring SEO settings and existing backlinks are preserved.

Deliverables
• Fully updated WordPress site matching the checklist above
• Working booking calendar with deposit payment flow for doula appointments
• All new content, links, buttons and blocks implemented and tested
• Seamless migration to the new domain, with redirects configured
• One-page hand-off guide summarising how to add future FAQs, YouTube videos and calendar slots

Acceptance criteria
The updated site must load without errors, display the new branding everywhere, process a test booking with deposit successfully, and remain fully functional after domain migration.
