I need a complete web platform where visitors earn money simply by watching advertising videos. After each qualifying view the user’s balance should update in real time, and once they reach a configurable minimum they must be able to cash out directly to a mobile wallet such as Paytm or M-Pesa.

Core functions I expect:
• Account creation with email / mobile verification
• Video-ad player that tracks full-length views and blocks skipping or multi-tab fraud
• Wallet ledger that credits the exact amount per view and shows earning history
• Automatic payout flow that triggers transfers to Paytm or M-Pesa, with an admin override for manual approvals
• Advertiser dashboard to upload videos, set budgets and review view reports
• Admin console for user management, ad moderation, payout oversight and analytics

Please build this as a responsive website so it works smoothly on mobile browsers as well. Modern stacks such as React or Vue for the front end and Node.js, Laravel or Django for the back end are fine—use whatever you are fastest and safest with, provided the code is clean, documented and easy to maintain.

Acceptance will be based on:
1. A live staging URL showing all listed features working end-to-end
2. Source code and database schema in a Git repo
3. Clear setup instructions and API keys or SDK details for Paytm / M-Pesa sandbox and production modes
4. Short video walkthrough demonstrating user signup, ad view crediting and a successful wallet payout

If you can add optional hooks for future PayPal or direct bank transfer support, let me know how you would structure that, but for now Paytm and M-Pesa must work flawlessly.
