Full Software Build Execution

The project is past the ideation stage and now needs to be translated into working code. Functional requirements, basic wire-frames, and user stories are already documented; what remains is the actual build. I will supply the specification pack at kickoff, along with access to a private Git repository for source control and issues.

Scope
• Translate the provided specs into clean, well-documented code.
• Set up a testable development environment and CI/CD pipeline (GitHub Actions or similar is fine).
• Deliver an initial working MVP, then iterate through agreed sprints until feature-complete.
• Produce concise technical documentation and a brief hand-over guide so future maintenance is straightforward.

Acceptance Criteria
• All core features in the spec function end-to-end without critical bugs.
• Unit and integration tests cover the main flows and pass in CI.
• Code compiles/lints cleanly and is pushed to the repo with meaningful commits.
• Final hand-over includes deployment instructions and API/DB schemas where applicable.

Tech stack is flexible—as long as it aligns with the requirements and can be justified in terms of scalability and maintainability, I’m open to your preferred languages and frameworks.
