負責屋苑之日常水電、冷氣及泥水油漆等維修保養；定期巡查及保養大廈設施；處理突發及緊急維修工作；安排工程部的人手分配
Requirements
Primary 6; 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Able to read & write Chinese ; Green Card; Electricity Licence A
Employment Terms
$27,000 - $29,000 per month, with Overtime Allowance, Annual Leave 14 days, Birthday Leave , Purchase Discount, Medical Benefits, Marriage Leave and Year-end Bonus, 9:00AM-6:00PM, 9:00AM-1:00PM, 5.5 working days per week, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day, 間中需要超時工作
