Responsibilities
負責監督日班各級服務員、編排每月更表、處理及跟進客戶查詢、投訴、服務工作; 處理屋苑突發事件、巡視物業公眾設施以確保運作正常, 填寫事件報告呈交物業主任等; 負責執行日常保安運作及清潔管理
Requirements
Secondary 3; 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Able to read & write Chinese ; Security Training Course Certificate (QAS); Security Personnel Permit; Green Card
Employment Terms
$24,000 - $26,000 per month, with Overtime Allowance, Good Attendance Bonus, Birthday Leave 1 day, Purchase Discount, Medical Benefits and Marriage Leave 4 days, 7:00AM-7:00PM, 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 12 working hours per day
