Responsibilities
Preparing dishes; Purchasing and preparing ingredients; Planning menus and designing dishes / recipes; Monitoring ingredient inventory, food quality and hygiene; Arranging staff deployment; Supervising subordinates and training staff; Managing the operation of kitchen.
Requirements
No Educational Requirement; 1-Year Experience Required, Little Cantonese, Little Reading and Written Chinese
Employment Terms
$ 20,000 per month, 10:30 AM - 8:30 PM (incl. 1-hour meal/rest break), 9-hour work per day (no shift work required) (No. of working days per week : 6)
