Night Shift Kitchen Assistant (Dessert Shop)

Assist with kitchen operations, handle food preparation, washing and cutting ingredients; Assist with basic cooking including stir-frying, boiling, seasoning and plating, etc.; Prepare various sweet soups and desserts; Wash tableware and dish, clean the kitchen environment to maintain high standards of hygiene; Assist with the receiving, inventory counting and stock management of kitchen ingredients and supplies

Secondary 6; 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fair Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; With exp in F&B/dessert shops prefer; Strong communication and time management skills; Strong interpersonal skills with teammates and customers

$70.00 - $75.00 per hour, with Meal provided and 餐飲優惠, 7:00PM-11:00PM, 3 - 6 working days per week, shift holiday
