Hotel Car Park Layout Design

I have a measured site plan for a hotel and need a clear, to-scale layout that shows exactly how many parking bays fit the space. The brief is intentionally simple: map out parking spaces for both standard cars and larger SUVs, label their dimensions, and leave out extras such as lighting, landscaping, or drainage.

You will receive the current drawing in PDF/DWG with all key measurements. Using that as your base, position the bays in a logical flow—mainly straight rows, but feel free to angle or stagger sections if it helps balance maneuvering room and capacity. The final plan should identify:

• Total number of standard car bays
• Total number of SUV-sized bays
• Individual bay dimensions and overall aisle widths

Please deliver a tidy CAD file (AutoCAD or compatible) plus a print-ready PDF so I can forward it to the hotel’s contractor.
