PDF to Google Sheet Product Entry

I have a set of product catalogs in PDF format and need the key details moved into a Google Sheet. For each item, please capture only the product name and price, then create a shorter, clearer version of the description rather than copying the original text verbatim. No SKU codes, stock counts, or images are required—just those three fields.

I will share the PDFs and a template Google Sheet with the column headings already in place. Accuracy is crucial, but so is readability, so feel free to tighten long or repetitive wording while preserving the essential message of each description.

Deliverables:
• A fully populated Google Sheet containing: product name, price, and your streamlined description for every product listed in the PDFs.
