Commission-Only Sales Closer (High-Ticket Web Design - Leads Provided)

I am a web designer looking for an experienced Sales Representative / Closer who can actually CLOSE DEALS. This is not a basic telecaller job.

What I provide:
- All leads (verified phone numbers of US/UK real estate agents).
- A live website demo.
- A proven calling script.

Your Job:
- Call the provided leads using your own phone.
- Speak fluent English.
- Convince the client to buy our website service.
- You must CLOSE the deal.

Payment Terms:
- 20% to 30% commission per successful sale.
- No fixed salary. No advance payment.
- You must bear your own international call charges.
- Commission is released only after the client pays me.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English.
- Must have your own phone/internet.
- Must be confident in closing sales.
