ERPNext Setup for Egypt

I’m ready to roll out a brand-new ERPNext instance for my company in Egypt and want it configured so I can immediately run day-to-day operations and remain fully compliant with local regulations.

Scope of work
• Core modules: enable and tailor Accounting, Egyptian VAT and other tax rules, plus Sales, Purchases, and Inventory so users can raise quotations, POs, invoices, and stock transactions seamlessly.
• Egyptian tax compliance: build in VAT rates and reports, set up withholding-tax calculations, and link the system to the official Egyptian e-invoicing platform (API integration, token management, and automatic e-invoice submission).
• Chart of Accounts and fiscal setup: create the correct fiscal years, tax ledgers, and cost centers from scratch because we are not migrating legacy data.
• User roles & permissions: define practical roles for finance, warehouse, and sales staff, ensuring segregation of duties.
• Basic documents & print formats: brand the invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders in Arabic/English with QR codes for e-invoicing.

Acceptance criteria
1. A fresh ERPNext database (latest stable version) running in production with all modules above tested and demonstrated.
2. Successful posting of at least one e-invoice through the Egyptian government gateway from ERPNext.
3. VAT, withholding-tax, and sales tax reports generate correctly for a sample month.
4. Written setup guide and administrator hand-over session so our internal team can maintain the system.
