CPA for Financial Review

We need a certified CPA who specializes in US taxes for small businesses and investors to regularly review and ensure our software rules and engines are outputting results consistent with GAAP and Tax accounting as well as to verify our software is in compliance with IRC rules around tax planning and accounting/bookkeeping cleanup.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform extenive and ongoing QA testing on complex scenarios given to accounting software
- Be the team expert on Tax rules, tax strategy, and refiling returns
- Prepare and review financial reports and accounting classifications and accounting transactions

Ideal skills and experience:
- CPA certification
- Tax strategy expertise including , US Tax Code and impactful court decisions
- Financial reporting proficiency
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, Cash Accounting
- Experience with accounting software
- Experience in FINTECH development
