Build My Social Marketing Team

I'm assembling a specialist team to help launch my new social-media marketing agency. In our first phase we’ll be offering two core services to clients:

• Social-media content creation, scheduling, and daily posting across the major platforms.
• Paid advertising and lead-generation campaigns designed to convert traffic into qualified inquiries and sales.

Everything we do will be tied to one overarching goal: driving more leads and revenue for each client.

What I need from you
1. Strategy & planning – translate client briefs into clear content calendars and paid-ad funnels.
2. Execution – design thumb-stopping visuals, write concise copy, schedule posts, launch and optimise ads in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google, or any other network that fits the brief.
3. Reporting – track KPIs for reach, CTR, CPL and ROAS, then present weekly insights so we can refine fast.

Acceptance criteria
• All posts and ads delivered on time according to the agreed calendar.
• Creative assets meet platform specs and brand guidelines.
• Campaign reports show benchmarks and actionable next steps.
