Resolve Google Ads Misrepresentation Suspension

Need a Google ads policy expert on "Misrepresentation" policy - I have an issue with a client stuck in Google hell - constantly being rejected for this and Google won't properly explain what the issue is. I believe it is to do with making sure the correct verified advertiser name is reflected on the website, as well as any possible issues with having compliant returns policy statements on the website, etc.

To be clear I need someone who is an absolute expert in this stuff and has actually successfully fixed and appealed similar misrepresentation issues.

Please don't bother bidding if you don't have this experience - I have been advertising on Google myself for over 15 years, I need someone who actually has more knowledge than me in this area and knows what the likely flags on this are going to be.
