Build Minion Task Distribution System

I need a lightweight web-based tool that lets me hand-pick a separate task for up to 100 “minions” at once and watch their progress in real time. Every assignment will be issued manually by a manager (me or a team lead), and each minion will work on a unique, independent task in parallel—not as a shared group effort.

Core flow I’m picturing
• I upload or type a queue of tasks.
• I see a dashboard with 100 minion slots.
• I drag-and-drop or otherwise assign one task per slot.
• Each minion receives only their task, marks it in progress, adds notes or files, and completes it.
• I can track status (to-do, doing, done) and pull basic reports.

Essential requirements
• Web interface that works on any modern browser.
• Simple user/auth system: manager account plus up to 100 worker logins.
• Clean database design so new tasks and users can be added later without code changes.
• Exportable CSV or XLS summary of all assignments and completion timestamps.

Nice-to-have (but not mandatory)
• Email or in-app notifications when a task is assigned or completed.
• Visual kanban board or progress bar.
• Basic role permissions so supervisors can reassign tasks on the fly.

Deliverable
A working MVP deployed to my hosting (or a Docker container I can spin up locally) along with source code, install instructions, and a quick user guide. I’m language-agnostic—go with what you’re fastest in—just keep the setup straightforward.
