Responsibilities
協助項目經理跟進小型工程, 維修,還原及裝修工程相關事項,包括監督及監測工程進度及施工、物料安排及運送、運輸協調,地盤各類支援等; 聯絡及協調各承判商,定期出席各類工地會議,以確保符合工程之標準、進度及施工要求
Requirements
Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Microsoft Office; Green Card; Construction Workers Registration Card; AutoCAD; 具小型工程, 維修,還原及裝修工程監督工作經驗優先
Employment Terms
$20,000 - $35,000 per month (Depends on experience), with Incentive Bonus and Promotion Opportunity, 9:00AM-6:00PM, 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day, 間中需要夜間或假日輪值
