Job Description
Responsibilities
Responsible for monitoring site progress and quality, coordinating with the main contractor and subcontractors, handling daily site operations and maintaining site records (With exp. in building renovation, metal works or railway projects is preferred)
Requirements
Secondary 5; 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Green Card; Holder of Safety Supervisor, A12 Rigger Safety Training Certificate or Railway CP is preferred; 持建築學證書或具同等資歷優先
Employment Terms
$25,000 - $35,000 per month(depends on working experience), with Double Pay, Annual Leave 13 days, Bank Holiday, Birthday Leave 1 day, Medical Benefits, Marriage Leave, Mon to Sat: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 6 working days per week, 9 working hours per day, (With 關愛家庭假,恩恤假及進修假)
