Responsibilities
確保餐廳業務運作流暢；確保分店達公司各項標準，包括食品品質；控制人力成本及運用五常管理法等；監察及提升員工之表現；協助培訓及發展員工；領導分店達到營業及銷售目標(有相關工作經驗優先)
Requirements
Secondary 5; 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge; 具5年或以上食肆/店舖管理經驗；具良好領導技巧及能獨立處理工作；具連鎖餐廳管理經驗優先
Employment Terms
$21,500 - $24,000 per month, with Birthday Leave , Purchase Discount, Medical Benefits, Meal provided, Marriage Leave , Promotion Opportunity and Good Attendance Bonus, 10:30AM-10:00PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 10 working hours per day, (有親聚假, 恩恤假, 安全鞋資助)
