Synchronous Reluctance Motor Design

I'm looking for an experienced motor designer to create a magnet-free synchronous reluctance motor. This motor will be used in electric vehicles or e-bikes and should operate within a power range of 1 to 10 kW.

Key Requirements:
- Design a synchronous reluctance motor without magnets
- Power output between 1 and 10 kW
- Suitable for electric vehicle or e-bike applications

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in synchronous reluctance motor design
- Experience with electric vehicle or e-bike motor requirements
- Strong background in electrical engineering and motor design principles
Peak Power: 6.7 kW (9.0 BHP)
* Continuous Power: 4.5 kW (6.0 BHP)
* Max Motor Torque: 26 Nm
* Nominal Operating Voltage: 48V DC architecture.
* Peak Electrical Power: 6.7 kW (9.0 BHP).
* Continuous / Rated Power: 4.5 kW (6.0 BHP).

* Estimated Peak Current Draw: 135A – 140A (pulled from the controller under maximum acceleration in Rush mode).
* Phase Configuration: 3-Phase Alternating Current (AC) input from the inverter.
