Full-Cycle iOS/Android App Build

I’m looking for a single partner or team who can take my concept from the very first wireframe all the way to a live, store-ready mobile app for iPhone and Android. The app will recognise different categories of users as soon as they sign in and automatically adjust navigation, features, and permissions to match each role.
