GeM Software Tender Management

I operate in the software-as-a-service space and already have an active GeM seller account. What I need now is an experienced GeM specialist who can take full ownership of the tender workflow once I have identified a suitable opportunity.

Your core focus will be applying for and handling bids and tenders specifically for software or other digital products. That means drafting every required document, uploading them in the right format, and then staying on top of the bid through to order placement—including responding to clarifications, revising submissions when the buyer requests changes, and ensuring the purchase order is accepted without delay.

To make expectations crystal clear, here is what I consider a successful engagement:
• Bid document pack prepared in line with the tender’s technical, financial and compliance sections, and uploaded before the portal deadline.
• All post-submission queries answered on the portal within the stipulated response window, with revised files (if any) correctly versioned.
• Order acceptance, CRAC generation and any subsequent documentation completed so payment can be released smoothly.
• Short weekly status notes outlining actions taken and next steps.

You should already be comfortable with GeM’s bid modules, digital signatures, and its newer SaaS catalog requirements. Past wins for software tenders on the portal will help me gauge your fit, so please share a couple of examples if possible.
