Developer Manager for Small Team -- 2

I'm seeking an experienced Developer Manager to manage our server for start up business, do app compliance updates for iOS and android when required and support a small team of 3 partners. Your primary focus will be on managing server requirements and potentially app develop pieces paid separately. UAE based with a shareholder percentage in business to start with.
