Simple Recruitment System Development

I need a lightweight recruitment module that plugs straight into our existing website. The goal is clear-cut: publish job openings on our own site and gather applications in one tidy place. Each listing must generate an application form that collects the candidate’s contact details, a CV/résumé upload, and a cover-letter upload, then stores everything so I can review, search, download, or export.

If you already have a solution with this functionality, show me a demo—I’m happy to license and have you rebrand or fine-tune it. If you prefer to build, keep the code lean, secure, and simple for a non-technical HR user to maintain: create/edit/close jobs, view submissions, change status, and trigger an email alert whenever a new application arrives.
