Accurate Retyping From Scans

I have a collection of images and scanned documents that need to be re-typed with complete accuracy. All I need captured is the raw text itself—no fancy spacing, no recreated tables—just a clean, simple layout that’s easy to edit later on.

You will receive the files as high-resolution JPGs and PDFs. Your job is to key every character exactly as it appears, proofread your work, and return the content in an editable file. I’m flexible on the format; a Word doc, Google Doc, or even a UTF-8 plain text file is fine as long as it preserves line breaks sensibly.
