Build Realistic Chimp Livestream Avatar -- 2

I'm looking for an experienced Unreal Engine technical artist, character rigger, or small development team to help finish a custom, realistic 3D avatar for livestreaming and video content creation.
The character is an anthropomorphic male chimpanzee with human-like body proportions. The goal is to create a realistic, expressive virtual character that responds to my facial expressions, speech, head movements, arms, hands, and fingers in real time.
This is intended to become a complete, usable livestreaming system, not simply a rigged 3D model.
