Customer Services Officer (Residential)

Handle residents’ enquiries & complaints with professional resolutions; Inspect premises regularly, follow up repairs and report promptly; Assist supervisor to monitor outsourced security,cleaning & other contractors; Arrange unit handover and inspection formalities;提供日常行政及文書支援，收集數據及製作清晰的工作報表；協助設施管理主任及經理，執行日常物業管理工作，並處理突發事件

Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Word-processing; Security Personnel Permit; Eng/Chi PC operation; with 2 years or above residential property management exp.;Proactive at work,responsible, with good communication skills

$24,000 per month, Mon to Sat: 9:00AM-5:30PM, 6 working days per week, 8.5 working hours per day
