Responsibilities
主要負責服務式住宅內的油漆翻新及修補工作; 負責物業內各項日常設施的維修與保養事宜
Requirements
No requirement on academic qualification; 2 years of experience required; Fair Cantonese ; Able to read & write simple Chinese ; 具2年或以上油漆工作經驗; 具泥水、木工及基本五金維修經驗優先
Employment Terms
$20,000 - $25,000 per month, with Annual Leave 10 days, Discretionary Bonus, On-the-job Training, Medical Insurance, 每月額外有薪休息日2天, 9:00AM-6:00PM, 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day
