Responsibilities
負責巡查大廈內公眾設施及系統; 負責服務式住宅日常維修及保養工作, 如一般冷氣系統及電力系統; 負責帶領外判承辨商進行維護及定期檢查; 處理緊急故障維修以及住客單位內的設備檢查; 協助外判承辦商之工程, 確保單位設施運作正常以及改善工程正常進行
Requirements
No requirement on academic qualification; 3 years of experience required; Fair Cantonese ; Able to read Chinese ; Electricity Licence A; 持電工B牌優先; 具3年或以上獨立電工及維修工作經驗
Employment Terms
$25,000 - $28,000 per month, with Annual Leave 10 days, Discretionary Bonus, Medical Insurance and 每月額外有薪休息日2天, Mon to Sat: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day
