全面統籌廚房運作, 出品及品質把關, 督導與把關經典粵菜手工菜, 菜單設計與創新研發, 食材採購與成本控制, 食安衞生與團隊管理
Requirements
Secondary 5; 10 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese
Employment Terms
$35,000 - $40,000 per month, with Purchase Discount, On-the-job Training, Meal provided and Promotion Opportunity, 7:00AM-11:00PM, 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 10 working hours per day
