Job Description
Responsibilities
Negotiate & finalise trading/commercial contracts related to IP, including licensing agreements, technology transfer agreements, IP assignment contracts, non-disclosure agreements(NDAs), joint-development agreements & IP clauses in supply/sales contracts
Requirements
Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; With 3-5 yrs hands-on IP experience(in-house/ law firm/IP agency);Degree in Law/Science/Engineering
Employment Terms
$30,000 per month, with Double Pay, Annual Leave 12 days, Bank Holiday and Medical Benefits, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-5:30PM, 5 working days per week
