Instagram Reels Video Editor

I shoot a variety of short, vertical clips each week. Some casual talking-head pieces, plus assorted B-roll, and I need them shaped into polished Reels that feel elegant and professional. My account is not faceless, therefore it will be me in the content.

I am not after rushed foodie clips.

For every Reel I’ll share over:
• A mixed folder of raw footage (up to 5-6 clips)
• Captions and hook
• I am looking to post 3-4 final videos per week

What I’d like back:
• A 20-30s (up to 60s) edit in 1080 × 1920 MP4 (H.264).
• Burned-in captions/subtitles that match the spoken words (I’ll supply the brand kit).
• Color balance and light audio cleanup where necessary.
• Branded Background colour if I’m recording in a room.
• Draft final video (post editing). If you use AI to enhance and improve click through, please let me know which tools you will be using.
• If I am not pleased with the first draft, you will have to edit it further. Please specify how many edits do you do before I give the final approval.

You may be asked to add some images between clips, and I will provide you with images.

Please provide examples of Reels that showcase this editing style, and include links.

I will not ask you to work on a weekend. And you are free to manage your time.

Also share your fees and what editing tools are you using, including which AI platforms.

I will share all the raw clips once a week on a Monday, and you will get up to 3 or 4 final clips per week ready for the following Monday ( a week later).
The content schedule will be Tuesday Wednesday Thursday (and sometimes Friday). Therefore the final drafts must be ready by Monday.
For the first week, I will share the clips on a Monday , and I expect them to be ready by Monday of the following week.
I may sometimes ask you for extra editing due to some events that I am involved.

If I am happy with your work, you will have the opportunity to edit my weekly podcast. Let me know if you have experience with YouTube format also.

Captions will be in English and you must proofread before you add burned in captions to the videos.
