About Our Company
Based in Uzbekistan, our company has been assisting international firms in entering and expanding within the markets of Central Asia and neighboring countries since 2019.

We are currently expanding our operations and launching our own commercial projects in international trade, import, export, and the distribution of various product categories.

Investment Scope
The total target investment ranges from $500,000 to $5,000,000.

We are open to working with a single major investor, as well as multiple independent investors or companies. Funding may be secured in stages, with separate agreements established for each partner.

Cooperation Models

1. Private Investors
Funding for joint commercial projects. This may involve the creation of a joint venture where the investor controls the capital and finances procurement, while our company manages sales and commercial development.

2. Manufacturers, Auto Dealers, and Exporters
Provision of vehicles, equipment, or other goods for sale in target markets. For example, an auto dealer might supply a batch of 50 vehicles, with our company handling their promotion and sale under mutually agreed-upon contractual terms. 3. Strategic Business Partners
Establishing joint trading ventures, financing import-export operations, procuring batches of goods, and sharing profits.

4. Investment Firms and Family Investment Offices
Raising capital for international trade projects, distribution, and joint business development.

Important: Investors are not required to transfer funds to our company. We consider models where capital, procurement, and commodity assets remain under the investor’s control, while our company manages the sales operations.

Agent Responsibilities
- Identifying private investors, investment firms, and strategic business partners.
- Initiating contact and presenting collaboration opportunities.
- Gauging interest, estimating potential investment volume, and determining the preferred partnership model.
- Facilitating direct negotiations between the investor and our company’s management.

Terms of Cooperation
- Compensation is strictly commission-based; no upfront payments.
- Commission rates, calculation methods, and payment terms are determined on an individual basis.
- A formal written agreement is signed with each agent, outlining their rights, obligations, and remuneration terms.
