Zoho People HR Customization

I need a Zoho People expert who can take our multi-school organisation from a blank canvas to a fully functioning HR platform. The very first milestone is to stand up the Recruitment, Onboarding and Performance Review modules, then expand into attendance, leave, payroll and the rest of the employee-lifecycle workflows.

Key things I want running smoothly:

• Automated recruitment & onboarding
– Job postings, candidate tracking and interview approvals
– Offer letters, document collection and joining check-lists
– Ongoing database building so every applicant record is searchable

• Unified application capture
– Feed candidates in automatically from our careers page, LinkedIn/Indeed and any manual entries the HR team creates

• Role-based access for multiple schools, with dashboards and reports that surface exactly the data each principal or HR manager needs

• Deluge-powered approvals, notifications and custom forms wherever the standard screens fall short

You should already have hands-on Zoho People implementation experience, be comfortable with Deluge scripting and API integrations, and be able to handle the project end-to-end while collaborating remotely with our team.
