Technical Writer to Update and Test Existing Tutorials

I’m looking for a technically experienced writer to review and update outdated articles on https://harrytang.xyz.

You must be able to **personally test the instructions and write the updates yourself, without AI**. Strong writing skills and practical troubleshooting experience are both essential.

**What you’ll do**

- Review assigned articles for outdated software versions, incorrect instructions, broken links, and missing steps.
- Check current official documentation and personally follow each guide on your own computer. A local virtual machine is acceptable.
- Update or rewrite the article in clear English while preserving its purpose and practical tone.
- Replace outdated screenshots with original screenshots from your testing.
- Explain prerequisites, relevant limitations, and any problems readers may encounter.

**Example: updating an XAMPP upgrade guide**

You must actually perform an upgrade from an older version to a current stable version in your own test environment. A fresh installation alone does not verify an upgrade guide.

Test the backup and migration steps, and confirm that your sample website and database work afterward. Document the operating system, starting and target versions, and any issues you encountered.

**Deliverables for each article**

- The revised article in an editable format.
- Original screenshots where helpful.
- A short testing report listing the test date, environment, software versions, steps tested, and results.
- Links to official references used to verify technical details.
- A brief summary of changes and any remaining limitations. Clearly identify anything you could not verify.

**No-AI requirement**

Do not use generative AI to research, draft, rewrite, paraphrase, or produce code or images for this assignment. All writing must be original and based on your own research and testing. Ordinary non-generative spelling checks are acceptable.
