Existing House Layout Redesign

I have the original drawings for my house and now need a fresh set that reflects a complete redesign of the room layout and internal walls. The structure’s footprint stays the same, but I want the flow between spaces re-imagined, creating a more logical, airy arrangement throughout.

You will start from my current plans (PDF and DWG files) and produce updated floor plans, any required elevations, and wall removal/addition notes. Accuracy is key: dimensions must align with the existing structural grid so my builder can use them without extra redlining.

Please work in AutoCAD, Revit, or another mainstream drafting tool you are comfortable exporting to DWG and PDF. I’ll provide feedback in two revision rounds; after final approval I need both editable source files and print-ready PDFs.
