IT Support Technician

Provide on-site technical support; Daily health check for IT related hardware and software; Handle supporting calls and service requests from customers; Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Secondary 5; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge

$15,000 - $17,000 per month, with Overtime Allowance/ Overtime Time-off in lieu, Annual Leave 12 days, Dental Scheme, Incentive Bonus, Medical Insurance, Promotion Opportunity and Transport Allowance, 24-hour on-shift, 5 - 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 8.5 working hours per day, Overtime work is required occasionally
