Responsibilities
Preparing creative and stylish cocktail menus; providing bar service and drink recommendations; managing bar inventory, cleaning and preparing ingredients; collaborating with bar team to design seasonal and themed menus; creating a lively bar environment
Requirements
Secondary 5; 2 years of experience required; Fair Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write simple Chinese ; Able to read & write English
Employment Terms
$21,500 - $24,000 per month, with Annual Leave 12 days, Birthday Leave , Discretionary Bonus, Dental Scheme, Medical Benefits and Meal provided, 9:00AM-7:00PM/ 3:00PM-1:00AM, 5 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 10 working hours per day
