2D plans and two 3D views for a two-floor clothing shop in Punjab.

Simple drawing only, not a construction set. Two floors, about 610 sq ft together inside the walls. Please send a 2D furniture plan of both floors in feet, and two simple 3D views: the shop, and the studio wall. PDF, plus the CAD file if you have it. Two revisions included.

Ground floor, inside size 11 ft 6 in wide x 26 ft 6 in deep. Shutter on the road side. Suit sample wall, billing counter, a separate retailer desk. We are a wholesaler only, so no trial room. Stair is already built, 3 ft wide, about 12 ft 6 in long, along one long wall.

Upper floor: a small video studio in the top room and a store room behind a door. Camera faces the partition, not the window.

Photos of the empty shop and the architect's sheet will be provided. The 15 ft in front of the shutter is open yard, not shop. Glossy floor tile and the existing toilet stay. No site visit. No electrical drawings. No quantity list.

Fixed price INR 15000, paid on delivery.
