Native Tatar Speech Recording

I am building a high-quality Tatar speech corpus and need adult native speakers who naturally use the Kazan variety. Your part is straightforward: follow a set of onscreen prompts, record each sentence on your smartphone, and send me the resulting WAV/PCM files. I will complete quality checks and release payment at $10 USD per recorded hour.

Recording setup
• Device: your own smartphone (built-in mic is fine).
• Environment: a quiet room at home so background noise stays minimal.
• Format: uncompressed PCM/WAV, the standard file type most phones export when “high-quality” or “lossless” is chosen.

Deliverables
1. A folder of raw audio files named exactly as the prompt ID specifies.
2. A brief text file noting the phone model and OS version you used.
3. Confirmation that every prompt was read once, clearly and without clipping.

Acceptance criteria
• All files open and play back cleanly.
• No external noise louder than the voice.
• Speech is intelligible, natural, and in Kazan Tatar.

Turnaround for one hour of speech is usually within a day, but let me know if you need more time. I will supply prompts and a sample naming convention as soon as we agree to start.
