UK261 Claim Solicitor Needed

I run a claims-management company focused solely on UK 261 aviation compensation and I now need a qualified solicitor (England & Wales) to take each vetted case from “ready to issue” through to formal submission.

All pre-action steps are already completed in-house; I will supply signed client authorities, flight evidence, and the final LBA. Your role is to draft the Particulars of Claim, prepare the N1 pack (or MCOL equivalent), file it with the appropriate county court, and handle any ensuing procedural correspondence. When a hearing is listed I attend or arrange advocacy myself, so I mainly need your expertise up to and including issue and allocation.

Key deliverables:
• Completed N1/MCOL filing with stamped claim number
• Properly drafted PoC citing UK Reg 261/2004 and relevant case law
• Schedule of loss and interest calculation
• Email/letter templates for post-issue exchanges with the airline or their solicitors

Please confirm that you hold a current practising certificate and PI cover, and outline your turnaround time per case as well as any preferred case-management tools (e.g., Money Claim Online, CCD).

Pay is based on commission.
