Senior Google Ads Specialist — Multi-Account Management & Large-Budget Campaigns

Brandog is an affiliate marketing company promoting products across global markets. We are looking for a seasoned Google Ads specialist with proven experience managing multiple business advertising accounts, handling substantial ad budgets, and scaling profitable campaigns.

This role requires hands-on expertise, independent decision-making, and a demonstrated ability to turn campaign data into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across international markets, including Performance Max, Demand Gen, Shopping, YouTube, and advanced Search campaigns.
- Manage multiple business advertising accounts through Google Ads Manager Accounts (MCC), maintaining clear account structures, reliable tracking, and effective budget allocation.
- Monitor spending and performance closely, optimizing bidding, audiences, keywords, creative assets, and landing pages to improve conversions, CPA, and ROAS.
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability and controlling wasted spend.
- Take ownership of account operations and troubleshoot issues promptly, including billing, access, verification, tracking, and ad disapprovals.
- Maintain backups of campaign settings, assets, and tracking documentation, with contingency plans to minimize disruption.
- Provide clear performance reports covering results, budget decisions, testing insights, and next steps.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company products, offers, campaign strategies, account data, and performance results.
Required Experience
- Extensive practical experience managing Google Ads campaigns, including multiple business or agency accounts.
- A proven track record of personally managing significant monthly advertising budgets. Applicants must specify their typical monthly spend, highest monthly spend, and the number of accounts managed simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience managing established Google Ads accounts with substantial historical spend, either as the account owner or an authorized manager.
- Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and automated bidding strategies, including Target CPA and Target ROAS.
- The ability to diagnose performance problems, prioritize actions, and resolve account issues independently and quickly.
- Experience testing and scaling campaigns across different countries, products, or audience segments.
- A commitment to protecting confidential information and willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement.
Experience in affiliate marketing, e-commerce, product feeds, and Merchant Center is highly desirable.
