## Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Freelance B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter** to join our team and help us generate sales opportunities for our AI and software solutions.

You will be contacting cold B2B leads across the US, UK, and UAE using targeted prospect lists that our team researches and provides.

These are not random, untargeted lists. We will provide researched leads with relevant business information and potential buying signals to help you approach prospects more effectively.

## What You'll Be Selling

You will be introducing businesses to several B2B offers, including:

- AI Solutions & AI Automation Services.
- Custom Software Development.
- Business Process Automation.
- Other B2B Technology Solutions.

We will provide the offers, their details, and the necessary information to help you understand what you're pitching.

## What We Provide

- Researched and targeted B2B lead lists.
- Multiple offers to pitch depending on the prospect.
- A professional dialer and calling number.
- Call scripts, offer details, and guidance.
- A separate sales closer who will handle the sales process after you book the meeting.

**You focus on one thing: Calling prospects, generating interest, qualifying potential clients, and booking online meetings.**

## Compensation Structure

We offer a performance-based compensation model:

**1. Fixed Payment Per Appointment**
- $15–$25 for every qualified and successfully booked online meeting.

**2. Additional Sales Commission**
- 10–15% commission on every deal successfully closed from a lead you generated.

This means you earn both a fixed appointment payment and additional commission when your prospect becomes a paying client.

There is no requirement for you to close the deals yourself. Our dedicated closer will handle the sales calls and closing process.

## Requirements

- Previous experience in B2B cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting is preferred.
- Good spoken English and communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with business owners, managers, and decision-makers.
- Ability to handle objections and generate interest.
- Professional attitude and a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience targeting US, UK, or UAE markets is a plus.
