PDF Invoice Data Entry

I have a collection of PDF invoices and other numeric financial records that must be transcribed with absolute accuracy into a Google Sheets workbook. Every figure, date, reference number, tax line, and total shown in the PDFs needs to appear in clearly labeled columns inside the spreadsheet so the data can be sorted and reconciled later without extra cleanup.

The PDFs are well-scanned and laid out consistently, but they are not OCR-enabled. This means each invoice line will need to be checked visually and keyed in by hand (or through your own reliable extraction workflow) while retaining the exact formatting—for example, two-decimal precision on monetary amounts and the original currency symbols.

Please keep an eye out for:

• Misread digits—particularly 0 / O and 1 / I mixes
• Hidden subtotals that sometimes appear on the second page of a longer invoice
• Duplicate invoice numbers; flag any you find instead of deleting them

Deliverable: a single Google Sheets file that mirrors the order of the PDFs and passes a quick spot-check against five random invoices without discrepancies.

If you already work with tools such as Adobe Acrobat for text recognition, or have your own scripts for semi-automated capture, feel free to use them provided the final sheet is 100 % correct.
