Senior Site Supervisor (BS)

Supervise & manage the execution of term maintenance contracts for builder's works, Coordinate with engineers, contractors & government authorities to ensure compliance with safety & quality standards; Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, & ensure timely completion of tasks; Oversee & lead site teams to ensure smooth operations; Prepare & submit reports & documentation related to site works (需派駐客戶地點工作)

Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Plumber; Green Card; General Welder; Construction Workers Registration Card

$30,000 - $40,000 per month (Depends on experience), with Performance Award, Promotion Opportunity, 年度績效獎金, 項目績效獎金 and Annual Leave 10-14 days, Mon to Sat: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 6 working days per week, 8 working hours per day
