Oversee the daily operation of Chinese restaurant including staff rostering and training, quality assurance; Lead the service team to provide highest standard of personalised service to members including recommendation on cuisines and wine, and respond to their requests and comments; Provide operational guidance and staff training to employees; Budgeting and cost control; Ensure the compliance of legal regulation; Sales analysis and reporting

Secondary 6; 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; MS Word; MS Outlook; MS Excel

$28,000 - $30,000 per month, with Overtime Time-off in lieu, Double Pay, Annual Leave 12 days, Birthday Leave , Discretionary Bonus, Medical Benefits, Medical Insurance and Meal provided, 10:30AM-11:00PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 10 working hours per day, 每月6天休息日，有需要時落場
