IT Operation Engineer(EA)

Perform field maintenance work for server, storage, tape library, workstation hardware, telecom, cabling and data centre facilities at data centres and customer offices; Provide operational support based on senior engineer instructions and customer need; Support incident troubleshooting and system configuration management

Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Diploma or above in Computer Science, IT or related discipline; With 1-4 years relevant IT experience

$20,000 - $22,000 per month, with Annual Leave 15 days, Medical Insurance and Dental Scheme, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, 間中需於非辦公時間工作
